Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Financial Advisor to own client relationships end to end. This role combines client-facing advisory work with proactive business development. You’ll meet with clients, guide them through portfolio decisions, and grow your own book of business, with complete firm support.

This is not a call-center role or off-the-shelf-product sales job. Qualified candidates will be able to understand client situations deeply and communicate clearly. Advisors at Revise are expected to think, not just sell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand goals, assets, risk tolerance, and timelines
  • Present and explain portfolio strategies in a clear, non-salesy way
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Maintain long-term client relationships through regular check-ins and reviews
  • Coordinate with internal teams on onboarding, analysis, and implementation
  • Proactively source and qualify new leads through outbound efforts, referrals, and partnerships, in addition to firm-provided leads
  • Follow up with inbound leads and guide them through the advisory process
  • Build and maintain a personal pipeline of prospective clients
  • Represent Revise professionally in networking and partner conversations
  • Ensure all client interactions and recommendations align with fiduciary standards and firm policies
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and meeting notes
  • Support required compliance and suitability documentation

Qualifications

  • Series 65 or CFP required
  • 10+ years experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or a related client-facing financial role
  • Proven record of managing client relationships and building trust
  • Strong understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, and tax strategy
  • Strong communication skills, especially explaining complex financial topics simply
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term independence
  • Comfortable prospecting and asking for business
  • Organized, accountable, and self-directed
  • High ethical standards and client-first mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with high-income professionals or executives
  • Familiarity with insurance-based strategies and retirement planning
  • Existing book of business or referral network
  • Life insurance license
