About the Role

Revise is a fiduciary investment advisory and insurance group serving high-net-worth professionals and families. We integrate institutional-grade portfolio management with advanced risk engineering, delivering wealth strategies that are as disciplined as they are personal. As the Operations & Client Service Manager, you’ll be the backbone of the firm’s day-to-day execution—overseeing account onboarding, custodian workflows, insurance processing, compliance documentation, and client service coordination. You’ll work closely with senior advisors, compliance, and carriers/custodians to ensure precision, speed, and excellence in every client touchpoint. This position demands a proactive communicator who thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment and takes pride in operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end account onboarding and transfer workflows (Altruist, Schwab, insurance carriers)
  • Manage client service requests, paperwork, and custodian follow-through
  • Maintain CRM and compliance documentation (Redtail, SmartRIA, or similar)
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers for policy submissions, updates, and licensing administration
  • Support data gathering for client reviews, RIA billing, and performance reporting
  • Develop and refine internal workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy
  • Partner with leadership on compliance tracking, vendor management, and reporting
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for clients and partner institutions

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in RIA or insurance back-office operations
  • Familiarity with custodial systems (Altruist, Schwab, Fidelity, etc.)
  • Experience managing client service workflows and paperwork accuracy
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with technology (CRM, Excel/Sheets, e-sign tools, DocuSign, etc.)
  • Series 65 and/or Life Insurance License a plus but not required
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for building systems that scale
