About the Role

Revise is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead and execute our strategic marketing initiatives. As the head of our marketing team, you will drive brand awareness, develop innovative marketing strategies, and enhance our market presence within the retirement planning industry. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement
• Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
• Collaborate with product, sales, and strategy teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on investment
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media, partners, and other stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Chicago-based
• Extensive experience in marketing, with a track record of success at a managerial level
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to develop strategic marketing plans and execute them effectively
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the financial services or retirement planning industry is a plus
• Passion for innovation and driving growth in a fast-paced environment
