Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support retirement planning strategies
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement
• Collaborate with the Retirement Strategy Manager to formulate and refine strategies
• Prepare reports and presentations to articulate findings and recommendations
• Provide insights into market trends and their impact on retirement planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Chicago-based
• Demonstrable experience in financial analysis and modeling
• Proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, startup environment
• A keen interest in retirement planning and financial markets
